In this position, you will lead a care group with around 14 places and contribute to improving the quality of life for people with dementia in a sustainable way. Together with your team, you will design a daily routine that is characterized by respect and care. Tasks - Professional and organizational leadership of the care group including scheduling - Responsibility for absentee management in cooperation with Care Management - Participation in recruiting new employees in collaboration with HR - Ensuring professional care for residents with dementia - Promotion of interdisciplinary cooperation with doctors, therapists, and care experts - Active participation in projects and development of care offers Profile - Completed education as a Dipl.
