The Innsbruck Municipal Enterprises AG (IKB) is an innovative, future-oriented infrastructure and supply company that uses sustainable solutions in energy, water, mobility, and digitalization to improve the quality of life in Innsbruck and its surroundings. The department head:in will be responsible for leading a team of around 10-15 employees and will be expected to develop and implement strategies for the Canal department. This includes developing and implementing processes and procedures, as well as ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate should have experience in human resources management, leadership, and project management. A degree in business administration or a related field is required.
