Job description
Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the plastering/drywall department
- Adherence to financial goals, total cost budgets, and gross profit of all projects
- Management and control of internal improvement projects
- All project planning and preparation work (AVOR) for the respective construction sites
- Estimating, claims management, and invoicing
- Independent management of execution projects
What you bring
- Apprenticeship as a painter, plasterer/drywaller, bricklayer, or related professions
- Further education as a master craftsman, project leader (PL), construction manager (Bauführer), or business administrator (Betriebswirt)
- Fluent German in speaking and writing
- Good teamwork skills and networked thinking
- Manual dexterity and a joy for shapes and materials
- Strong organizational talent and entrepreneurial thinking
- Natural assertiveness

- Responsibility for the warehouse with a warehouse manager
- Salary package:
- Fixed salary starting from CHF 136,000: 13th salary plus possible annual increase
- Representation expenses - CHF 600 x 12
- from the 2nd year: participation in a bonus system of up to 25% of the annual salary
- Vacation - 25 days (30 days from the age of 50)
- Company car including private use
