Department Head Cutting / CAD Department Head Cutting / CAD (100%) We are a nationally and internationally active company with around 70 employees and process technical textiles for filtration, saddlery, medicine, equestrian sports and transportation interior. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and responsible person immediately or by arrangement. What awaits you You will lead our cutting department (approx. 12 colleagues) in a responsible manner and ensure the smooth operation of our CAD systems. Your tasks include planning and organizing production, controlling quality, and ensuring compliance with deadlines. In addition to your technical expertise, you will also be responsible for personnel management and team development.
