Starting at €85,000 annual salary, company car for private use, 30 vacation days plus additional bridge holidays and flexible working hours with home office option: In this position, you will take on a key role in structural engineering with a clear perspective towards project management. You will enter a technically demanding structural engineering environment and will be specifically trained by a long-serving project manager. At the Münster location, you will systematically develop into a responsible department head with technical leadership responsibility within a 9-person team.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of verifiable static calculations and execution drawings (position, formwork and reinforcement plans, precast element plans)
• Conceptualization and development of economical structural engineering solutions
• Ensuring high-quality and feasible planning
• Gradual assumption of leadership tasks including coordination of planning services
• Control of cost and schedule progress within projects
• Close collaboration with internal specialist departments and project stakeholders

Qualifications

• Completed Master's degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in structural engineering
• Experience in engineering offices for concrete construction or construction companies with their own structural engineering department
• In-depth knowledge of Eurocodes 1 and 2 (DIN EN 1991 / 1992)
• Proficient in MS Office as well as CAD software (e.g., Allplan, Revit, Strakon) and structural analysis software (e.g., FRILO, Dlubal/RFEM or comparable)
• German language skills at C2 level
• Class B driver's license
