Tasks

• Responsibility: You are responsible for the economic key figures of your department and actively steer measures to increase sales and revenue.
• Staff Deployment Planning: You plan staff deployment according to needs and ensure optimal staffing.
• Expertise: With your specialist knowledge, you support our customers in selecting high-quality products from the fresh food counter.
• Inventory Management: You continuously monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are available as needed.

Profile

• Work Experience: You have completed training as a specialized sales assistant, butcher, cook, or a comparable qualification.
