Department Head / Team Leader Bakery (m/w/d)

We are looking for a department head/team leader for our bakery who will be responsible for leading a team of around 20 people. The ideal candidate should have experience in the food industry, preferably in a leadership role. He or she should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong organizational and time management skills. In addition to these qualifications, we are looking for someone who is passionate about baking and has a deep understanding of our company's values and mission. As a department head/team leader, you will be responsible for leading your team in the daily operations of the bakery, including planning and organizing production, managing inventory, and ensuring that all products meet our high standards. You will also be expected to contribute to the development of new products and processes, as well as participate in training and further education programs.
