Team Leadership & Management

• Lead a small team in one of our in-store departments
• Be a role model for an excellent customer experience and train your team to consistently implement this

• Develop the best team by planning succession strategies
• Provide feedback on site and celebrate successes

Visual Merchandising

• You lead the team in carefully presenting the store and are proud to implement the standards for visual merchandising that align with the Sports Direct brand.

Sales and Operations

• You are significantly involved in achieving results and going beyond the set goals by maximizing the performance of your store.
• You lead the team and ensure that it works efficiently and always applies the best methods to achieve commercial goals and promote the brand.
