• You manage the work processes and distribute tasks in the Markant Meat Department
• You lead the weekly deployment planning and enjoy motivating employees
• You promote the customer-friendly Markant Counter Concept and the product presence in the working day
• You inspect our products upon entry for quality and ensure proper warehousing according to our internal guidelines
• You cut meat and sausage products to counter specifications and ensure the production of kitchen-ready meat and sausage specialties
• Prevent inventory differences, coordination, and processing of inventory of meat and sausage products
• Compliance with internal job descriptions and compliance with all relevant safety and hygiene regulations and guidelines
• You take over the professional guidance of our new employees and trainees (m/w/d)

• You have a completed apprenticeship as a butcher or a vocational training as a master butcher (m/w/d)
• You enjoy service and dealing with our customers
• You are a team player
• You have initial leadership experience
