Our client is an innovative company in the special materials industry, which has developed and manufactured prototypes, single parts, and series types from technical ceramics for over 25 years. The products are used in the automotive industry, metalworking, medical technology, and other industrial sectors. Your tasks: planning and controlling resources and capacities for timely production
Setting up and programming machine tools
Safeguarding quality control
Guiding and developing employees as well as supporting daily operations in production
Communication with management
Your qualifications: completed technical training with further education to technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d), alternatively comprehensive experience in the machining sector
Structured and goal-oriented working method
Engagement, flexibility, and a strong pack-an-mentality
Experience in leadership and development
Your advantage: takeover possible after 6 months
