The company employs around 800 staff members at several locations in NRW and offers strategic and project-based IT consulting, integration, IT infrastructure, and full-service. With a strong sector focus on the public sector.

In the context of age-related succession, an experienced and convincing leadership personality is being sought for a location in East Westphalia.

Tasks

• Responsibility for a profit center in Gütersloh with currently eight employees in economic, personnel, and organizational terms
• Safeguarding the portfolio of IT services for a municipal customer base in East Westphalia
• Competent consulting for various interest groups and customer care in the region
• Closely working together with the other centers of the business unit and proactive work for targeted business development, product, and project management
• Leading the profit center with goals and numbers and ensuring the achievement of quantitative and qualitative targets through key figures

Qualification

• Completed information technology or economics degree or a qualified training program with clear industry orientation
• Relevant work experience with personal and budget responsibility
• Experience in dealing with IT services and good understanding of system administration, client, and network services topics
• Solution-oriented approach, joy in designing new processes and implementing them, as well as optimizing daily business operations
• Decision-making and implementation strength, entrepreneurial, courageous, and innovation-driven approach
• Able to penetrate complex IT issues, perspective shift, quick comprehension, paired with practicality of solution proposals
• High communication and networking skills
• Safe appearance internally and externally
