We are looking for, effective immediately, for our Adorf bei Plauen location:

Head of Department for Organic Baked Goods Production (m/f/d)

• Responsibility for the production processes in your area concerning the quality and quantity of products
• Compliance/implementation of applicable standards HACCP, IFS, hygiene, occupational safety
• Ensuring a smooth production process and on-time completion of products
• Leadership and further development of employees and planning of personnel deployment, taking into account the order situation
• Contribution to optimization and development projects in production
• Monitoring of production-relevant key figures and active participation in the continuous improvement process
• Close cooperation with adjacent departments with the aim of efficient, cost-effective, and on-time production

• Completed vocational training in the food sector (food technology specialist, baker) with further training as an industrial foreman/master craftsman/technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification, ideally with professional and leadership experience in the baked goods sector
• You are highly motivated and appreciate independent work in a very diverse environment
• You possess initiative, communication skills, and assertiveness
