We are a dedicated team of energy consultants with the goal of accompanying our customers on their path to energetic consulting & renovation as best possible. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a department head (m/w/d) for our energy consulting department.

Tasks

Your tasks

• Energy efficiency expertise: As a registered energy efficiency expert, you will take over the professional consultation and implementation of energetic renovation measures in existing buildings.
• Task area: Your tasks include creating detailed and individually tailored renovation plans, as well as creating heat loads and hydraulic checks.
• Preliminary analyses: You will conduct site visits and precise data recordings at the object – as a basis for comprehensive energy assessments.
• Teamwork & knowledge exchange: You will lead the energy consulting department, bring your expertise actively into the team, take over the professional leadership of employees and coordinate tasks and work processes.

Qualification

• Experience in leading employees
• Organizational talent and structured working method
• Communication strength and confident appearance in customer contact
• Eigeninitiative, team spirit and motivation to move something
• You have excellent German language skills in writing and speaking.
• You can explain complex technical relationships clearly and target-group-oriented.
• You are listed on the energy efficiency expert list for funding programs of the Federal Government and have several years of experience as an energy consultant
• Eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten, strukturiertes Denken und Teamgeist characterize you.
