Head of Electrical Installation Department
Your Task
In this responsible leadership role, you will take on the operational, personnel, and economic management of your department. Together with your project managers, you will ensure that projects are successfully implemented and that customers can always rely on the highest quality.
You see yourself not only as a leader but also as a coach and sparring partner for your team. You promote employees in a targeted manner, create clear structures, and continuously develop your department.
Your diverse area of responsibility includes, among others:
Leadership, promotion, and further development of your project managers and employees
Responsibility for quality, deadlines, and economic viability of ongoing projects
Maintenance and expansion of long-term customer relationships
Support with demanding projects and technical questions
Optimization of workflows and introduction of efficient processes
Active participation in the further development of the company
Your Profile
You have several years of professional experience in the field of electrical installations and have already gained leadership experience. You think entrepreneurially, act solution-oriented, and know how to motivate people and achieve success together.
Ideally, you possess the following qualifications:
Further training as an Electrical Project Manager Installation and Safety, Master Electrician, or comparable education
Good business management knowledge
Strong organizational skills
Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
High social competence and enjoyment of employee leadership
