We are looking for a Department Manager / Department Head (m/f/d) for our Reserved Store in Hamburg, full-time, effective immediately.

You are a passionate leader who wants to make a difference. You will manage a motivated team and handle the challenges of your department in a large fashion store.

Responsibilities

• As a leader on the sales floor, you will lead your department to success
• You will plan and organize the processes of your department
• You will lead your employees fairly and with commitment
• You will ensure compliance with the directives and quality standards of your department
• You will collaborate trustfully with the management team
• You will ensure a pleasant shopping and working atmosphere

Qualifications

• Experience in (textile) retail and initial leadership experience

• Motivating and inspiring

• Willingness to take responsibility and make decisions

• Action-oriented and open-minded

• Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on approach

• Affinity for modern technologies, software, and systems
