We are looking for a Department Manager / Abteilungsleiter (m/w/d) in full-time position immediately for our store in Düsseldorf.

You are a passionate leadership figure who wants to make something happen. You manage a motivated team and oversee the challenges of your department at a large fashion store.

Tasks

• As leadership figure on the sales floor, you lead your department to success
• You plan and organize the workflows of your department
• You lead your employees fairly and enthusiastically
• You ensure compliance with the guidelines and quality standards of your department
• You work closely together with the management team
• You ensure a pleasant shopping and working atmosphere

Qualification

• Experience in (textile) retail and first leadership experience

• Motivating and inspiring

• Ready to take responsibility and make decisions

• Action-oriented and open-minded

• Entrepreneurial acting and hands-on

• Affinity for modern technologies, software, and systems
