We are looking for a Department Manager / Abteilungsleiter (m/w/d) in full-time for our Reserved Store in Cologne (Schildergasse) as of now.

You are a passionate leader who wants to make a difference. You lead a motivated team and manage the challenges of your department in a large fashion store.

Tasks

• As a leader on the sales floor, you lead your department to success

• You plan and organize the workflows of your department

• You lead your employees fairly and enthusiastically

• You ensure the compliance with the guidelines and quality standards of your department

• You work closely with the management team

• You ensure a pleasant shopping and working atmosphere

Qualification

• Experience in the textile retail industry and first leadership experience

• Motivating and inspiring

• Ready to take responsibility and make decisions

• Actively engaged and open-minded

• Entrepreneurial and hands-on

• Affinity to modern technologies, software, and systems
