Department Head Business Applications

We are looking for an experienced leader to take responsibility for company-wide business applications. In this key position, you will shape the strategic development of the application landscape and lead several specialized teams in the SAP and business fields.

Tasks

• Leadership and further development of multiple teams in the Enterprise Applications area
• Total responsibility for operation, development, and stability of the Business Application landscape
• Steering of SAP standard solutions and other company applications
• Building and steering Key-User and Governance structures
• Responsibility for Demand-, License-, and Partner management
• Prioritization of projects and resources based on business value
• Coordination of external service providers as well as collaboration with international units
• Participation in company-wide rollout and transformation projects

Qualification

• Degree in IT or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of leadership experience in the area of Enterprise- or SAP applications
• Very good knowledge of SAP standard solutions and business processes
• Experience in steering complex IT projects
• Strategic, structured, and solution-oriented working style
• Good communication skills and confident appearance towards stakeholders
• Very good English language skills
