• You are responsible for the Food sector and are also in charge of shaping the entire department
• You lead and train your team and plan personnel deployment
• You work precisely according to the HACCP handbook's procedures and working instructions and implement them independently
• You have cost and sales development, as well as regular inventories up to warehousing and flow in mind and ensure a smooth process
• You have an eye for attractive product presentation and know how to excite customers

• You hold a completed commercial education
• You have experience in retail, particularly in the food sector
• You possess a high sense of responsibility and are a true team player
• You show great enthusiasm for dealing with customers in direct sales conversations
• You already have some experience in personnel management
