Responsibilities

• Participation in the planning of demanding projects in the field of building services engineering
• Development of technical concepts for heating, ventilation, cooling, sanitary, and special purpose systems
• Conducting technical calculations and dimensioning
• Creation and maintenance of BIM models and planning documents
• Involvement in tendering and awarding processes
• Coordination of technical interfaces with other trades
• Collaboration with architects, clients, and interdisciplinary planning teams as needed
• Support for sustainable and energy-efficient building concepts

Qualifications

• Degree in building services engineering, energy technology, or comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in a planning or engineering office is an advantage
• Basic knowledge of relevant standards and regulations
• Interest in BIM methods and ideally initial experience with Revit and/or MagiCAD
• Enthusiasm for innovative and sustainable building services engineering
• Enjoyment of teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Strong communication skills in German and preferably also in English
