We are a consulting firm and certification body and we are looking for an engaged graduate (m/w/d) in Business Administration, Economics, and Industrial Engineering to strengthen our team.

You will support our customers in optimizing their quality processes, implementing national and international quality standards, and obtaining certifications. You will work closely with our customers, understand their individual needs, and develop tailored solutions. You will be supported by us and receive the methods and tools of quality management. The core of the job lies in consulting on processes and implementing standard requirements within the company, as well as preparing for certification audits that follow after consultation at our customers.

YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE

• Counseling clients regarding quality management systems and standards, including TÜV standards and own developed standards

• SUPPORTING THE PREPARATION AND CONDUCT OF AUDITS AND CERTIFICATION PROCEDURES

• ANALYZE EXISTING QUALITY SYSTEMS AND IDENTIFY OPTIMIZATION POTENTIALS

• SCHOOLING AND TRAINING OF OUR CUSTOMER'S EMPLOYEES REGARDING QUALITY MANAGEMENT AND STANDARDS

• IMPLEMENTATION OF INDIVIDUAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS

• DOCUMENTATION OF STANDARD REQUIREMENTS AND CREATING DIGITAL QUALITY MANAGEMENT HANDBOOKS FOR CUSTOMERS

• Educational background, further education or professional experience in the field of Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, commercial professions or consulting in general

• The ability to think networked and in processes  

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present facts clearly

• Teamwork, customer orientation, high self-motivation and independent working style

• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking

• Text understanding and the ability to write texts

• Knowledge of digital media handling
