We are a consulting firm and certification body, and we're looking for an engaged graduate (m/w/d) in Business Administration / Economics / Engineering to strengthen our team.

You will support our customers in optimizing their quality processes, implementing national and international quality standards, and achieving certifications. You'll learn how to do all this from us. You'll work closely with our customers, advising them to understand their individual needs and develop tailored solutions. Along the way, you'll be supported by us and receive guidance on quality management methods and tools. The core of your work will lie in consulting processes and implementing standard requirements within companies, as well as preparing for certification audits that await our customers after the consultation.



YOUR TASKS WILL INCLUDE

  • Consulting clients on quality management systems and standards, including TÜV standards and our own developed standards

  • Support in preparing for and conducting audits and certification procedures

  • Analyzing existing quality systems and identifying optimization potential

  • Training and educating employees of our customers on quality management and standards

  • Implementing individual quality management solutions

  • Documented standard requirements and creating digital quality management handbooks for clients

  • Educational background, further education or professional experience in the field of business administration, economics, engineering, or consulting

  • The ability to think networked and process-oriented  

  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex issues clearly

  • Teamwork, customer orientation, high self-motivation, and independent working style

  • Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking

  • Text understanding and the ability to write texts

  • Knowledge of digital media usage
