In this role, you will get to know our business from the ground up and become a generalist in project management. As a central pillar in project management, you will ensure that our heat pump projects are optimally planned, coordinated, and realized from order placement to project completion with the highest customer satisfaction.

• Operational Project Management: You will plan, coordinate, and schedule our heat pump projects – from win to project completion.
• Customer Proximity and Support: You will ensure a great customer experience and be there for our customers with a service- and solution-oriented approach.
• Central Interface and Problem Solver: You will act as a confident point of contact for customers, partner companies, and colleagues, and master challenges with excellent, proactive communication.
• Responsibility for Project Success: You will primarily manage external partners, commission various trades, and carefully review their performance to ensure projects run smoothly.

• Fresh Graduate: You have just finished your studies (e.g., Business Administration, Environmental Management, Industrial Engineering) or your apprenticeship.

• Strong Communication Skills: You enjoy telephone and email contact and can explain complex issues in a friendly and understandable way. Ideally, you already have experience in B2C customer contact.
