To strengthen our sales team of almost 40 sales representatives from various fields, we are looking for you full-time as:

Protection Specialist - Credit in Home Office (w/m/d)

This is what your team looks like:

Together with your future colleagues, you will advise our customers on credit protection after the loan has been finalized. You will consider the individual wishes of our customers and ensure high customer satisfaction through high service orientation. You can expect an open culture with flat hierarchies, a strong team, and enough room for you to contribute yourself.

This is what you will do with us

• When it comes to protecting the brokered installment loans, you are the expert for our customers and advise them by phone on the relevant insurance products
• You will determine the individual needs of your customers and support them with tailor-made solutions using our internal systems
• You will consider the individual wishes of our customers and ensure high customer satisfaction through high service orientation
• This is not cold calling - all your customers are looking forward to your telephone consultation
• With our modern communication tools and the digital closing options of our partners, nothing stands in the way of an efficient working day

This is what you bring with you

• You have already gained initial experience in sales or customer contact (e.g., sales, telesales)
• You are service-oriented and have a great passion for loans
• You are a communication talent and convince with your open and professional manner on the phone
• You are characterized by high reliability and a dedicated work ethic
• You are eager to develop further, are highly motivated, and want to get started with us
• Ideally, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship
