Lawyer Legal Assistance Service - International Protection

Lawyer sought to provide legal assistance within the international protection program, with special attention to the area of minors in Zizur Mayor/Zizur Nagusia. The selected person will be responsible for informing and legally advising applicants and beneficiaries of international protection, as well as accompanying them during the formalization of applications and the administrative determination procedure. Their tasks will also include advising on immigration matters, drafting files, briefs, and appeals, and incorporating a child protection perspective into materials and interventions. Furthermore, they will be responsible for coordinating with other services and programs, registering benefits in IT applications, and supporting the preparation of reports, technical memorandums, and other necessary documentation. Promoting safe environments for children and equal opportunities will be valued. A half-time position of 20 hours per week is offered, with a temporary replacement contract and a gross annual salary between 12,000 and 18,000 euros.
