Job description
Hello, We are looking for a PROCESS ATTORNEY to join an important law firm that provides legal, labor, and fiscal services to companies at local, national, and international levels. Salary: 34-36K fixed (depending on experience). ESSENTIAL: Knowledge and experience in Articles 309 and 265 of the Civil Procedure Law (LEC). Minimum 3 years of experience in similar positions. High level of English proficiency (will be tested during the interview). Mission of the position: Manage the processing of court cases, including preparing documents, conducting research, and communicating with clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of legal procedures and be able to work independently.
