Junior Lawyer specializing in Commercial Law (2 to 3 years of exp.) - Las Palmas (Las Palmas, ES, 35003)

What will you be able to do? From our KPMG offices in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and Tenerife, we are still in full expansion and are looking for someone to join the firm with the following functions of legal advice to companies for the firm's Commercial team:

• Company Law: drafting of all types of corporate agreements (wide range of corporate operations, from the formulation and approval of accounts, capital increases and reductions, other statutory modifications to partner separation, dissolution and liquidation agreements, drafting and negotiation of shareholder agreements, incorporation of commercial entities, company secretarial services.
• Contract Law: drafting and negotiation of distribution agreements, Joint-Venture agreements, service agreements, leasing, renting, factoring, collaboration, etc. Drafting, review, negotiation of all types of financing agreements and the guarantees associated with said agreements.
• M&A: negotiation and execution of M&A operations of all kinds, due diligence processes, acquisitions of entities or businesses (in buyer and seller positions), preparation of contracts and representations, warranties and negotiation of the process. Advice on contractual and corporate matters to all types of companies, debt restructuring processes and corporate financing.

• Law Degree or Double Degree in Law and Business Administration
• Master's degree for access to the legal profession
• Between 2 and 3 years of demonstrable experience in a Law Firm or Big4, in Commercial Law advising companies.
• Master's specialization will be valued

• High level of English spoken and written
• Ability to work autonomously and self-organize to simultaneously handle different procedures.
• High communication skills, especially with clients, business-oriented individual, and motivated by the project.
• Management and teamwork skills, and with other firms and professionals.
• Proactivity, flexibility, and skills for organizing and managing time and processes.
• Experience with the international network will be positively valued.
