Senior Generalist Lawyer with French and English

Your Role:

• You will participate in the management of the entire lifecycle of contracts through the drafting, negotiation, and finalization of commercial contracts with clients, suppliers, and partners at a strategic and operational level, in collaboration with the commercial team.
• You will help supervise and manage matters related to litigation.
• You will contribute to the training of internal clients.
• You will contribute to compliance with legislation, such as data protection regulations...
• You will advise on corporate and other matters, in coordination with the financial team.
• You will advise and counsel internal clients.
• You will investigate and stay up-to-date on legal issues and laws, regulations, and judicial decisions affecting the information technology sector.
• You will help maintain the database of documents from the legal department.
• You will maintain collaboration with the French-based legal team.

Your Profile:

• Minimum 7 years of experience with a focus on contractual matters, ideally in the IT sector and/or a law firm where you have developed a solid capacity as a generalist lawyer.
• Education: Bachelor's/Law degree in Law.
• Able to interact with other VISEO teams and external advisors.
• Experience working under tight deadlines and multiple concurrent priorities.
• Able to write legal documents and communicate fluently in Spanish, English, and French.
• Advanced level of English, French (in addition to Spanish).
