Tax Attorney

From AdelantTa we are looking for a Tax Attorney for one of our clients, an important law firm with international reputation and track record in the sector. The person will depend on the Legal Area - Tax Department Directorship and will be responsible for providing specialized tax advice to clients, actively participating in tax procedures, estate planning, and preparing fiscal reports, with direct communication and a rigorous technical approach. Its main responsibilities will include: • Providing tax advice to clients, including planning and preparation of tax returns, as well as representation before the relevant authorities. • Participating in tax procedures, such as audits, appeals, and litigation, ensuring effective communication with clients and authorities. • Developing and implementing estate plans for clients, taking into account their specific needs and goals. • Preparing fiscal reports and providing expert opinions on tax-related matters. • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a comprehensive understanding of clients' financial situations and provide tailored advice. • Staying up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, applying this knowledge to advise clients effectively. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Law or related field. • At least 3 years of experience as a Tax Attorney or equivalent. • Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations, both nationally and internationally. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
