We are looking for an experienced lawyer with 7-10 years of experience in M&A transactions, who has a strong track record of success and a deep understanding of the industry. The ideal candidate will have a law degree from a reputable university and be fluent in Spanish and English. He/She should also have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
