Job description

Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Law titled with more than 4 years of professional experience. Experience in distinctive signs in intellectual property (trademarks). Intermediate/Advanced English (exam will be applied) and interview in English. Activities: Respond to clients' needs related to trademarks. Proven experience of more than 4 years in Intellectual Property throughout the trademark cycle. Search for trademark viability. Presentation, declaration, publication and registration of trademarks. Analysis of trademark applications and oppositions. Preparation of reports and recommendations. Collaboration with other departments. Development of strategies and plans for trademark protection. Maintenance of trademark portfolios. Compliance with regulations and deadlines.
