Preparation of briefs and memoranda for litigation purposes; 5. Conducting research on legal precedents and case law to support arguments; 6. Analyzing and interpreting laws, regulations, and court decisions to provide expert opinions; 7. Developing and presenting oral and written arguments in court; 8. Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and develop effective litigation strategies; 9. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of all legal proceedings and case files; 10. Staying up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and court procedures to ensure compliance and provide expert advice.
