IMPORTANT COMPANY WITH OVER 80 YEARS IN THE INFRASTRUCTURE SECTOR SEEKS YOUR TALENT FOR THE POSITION OF:
LABOR LAWYER
EDUCATION:
- Law Degree (Degree and Professional License Indispensable)
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF 5 YEARS IN:
- Experience and Knowledge in Safety and Hygiene
- Management of individual and collective legal-labor matters
- Dealing with various types of unions
- Control, preparation, and management of contracts and labor regulations
- Litigation of lawsuits representing companies
- Negotiation of employee terminations at local and foreign levels
- Handling ordinary and extraordinary inspections from the Ministry of Labor
- Experience in medium and large companies, preferably in the construction industry
- Termination of employment contracts
- Conciliation and Arbitration Boards
- Negotiation with employees
COMPETENCIES:
- Negotiation skills
- Results-oriented
- Effective communication
OTHERS:
- Knowledge in Safety and Hygiene
- Availability to travel
