Today we are looking to fill the position of Junior Lawyer to join our legal team and provide direct support to the Legal Department of Mexico and Colombia, participating in corporate, contractual, and regulatory projects in an international, dynamic, and collaborative environment.

This opportunity is aimed at recent graduates who wish to develop a solid career in corporate law and gain comprehensive experience within a global organization committed to innovation, excellence, and the development of its employees.

What will you do in this role?

✅ Support the preparation and administration of corporate documentation for the group's legal entities.

✅ Prepare minutes of assembly, board meetings, and other corporate documents.

✅ Keep corporate books, powers of attorney, and legal files updated.

✅ Coordinate procedures and arrangements with notaries and external legal advisors.

✅ Participate in the review, preparation, and formalization of contracts.

✅ Manage signature processes and contractual document control.

✅ Conduct legal research and monitor regulatory changes.

✅ Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for the Legal Department.

✅ Collaborate with different business areas to follow up on internal legal matters.

What we are looking for

Recent graduate of a Law Degree (with less than one year since obtaining the professional title)

Previous experience of 2 to 4 years as a legal intern or in professional internships.

Interest in developing knowledge in:

• Corporate Law
• Contract Law
• Labor Law
• Environmental Law
• Regulatory Affairs

Advanced English.
