Covarrubias Abogados - Law Firm Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Corporate Lawyer located in Mexico City. The lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice to clients mainly in real estate and corporate law, conducting legal research, drafting agreements and handling specific matters, as required by the ongoing business of our clients. The role includes review, and drafting of agreements or legal documents related thereto, negotiation, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The lawyer will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records and files, and performing other duties as may be assigned from time to time.
