2 years of recent and solid experience in:

• Corporate and commercial law.
• Drafting, analysis, and review of contracts and legal compliance.
• Corporate, civil, commercial, and criminal litigation.
• Patent and permit procedures before Cofepris

Intermediate English

Position Objective:

To handle legal matters in corporate, commercial, civil, criminal, and administrative areas.

Main Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal advice to the company in all areas of its operation.
• Draft, negotiate, supervise, review, and analyze various contracts, agreements, and commercial arrangements.
• Supervise and analyze regulatory instruments and regulations applicable to the development of the company's operations.
• Represent and assume the legal defense of the company in judicial or administrative proceedings.
• Administer and supervise the powers of attorney granted to company representatives.
• Manage the registration, renewal, and protection of the company's trademarks, patents, and intellectual property.
• Coordinate the drafting and validation of minutes of ordinary and extraordinary shareholder meetings.
• Supervise the issuance of corporate documentation that entails legal responsibility.
• Draft written submissions and respond to requirements from local, federal, or regulatory authorities.
