EJASO is a top 20 national law firm by billing, focused on business law in a middle market environment, with a multidisciplinary and deep knowledge of the corporate setting. We have over 250 professionals across 12 offices in Spain and Portugal, as well as international presence in Miami. About the position: We are looking to incorporate an associate lawyer with 4-6 years of experience in commercial law to strengthen our Corporate/M&A team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate law, with expertise in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring. They should also be familiar with the Spanish legal system and have excellent communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with our partners and other lawyers to provide high-quality advice to clients.
