Senior Litigation Attorney

From the Tax and Legal department of Grafton, we are seeking a Senior Procesalista Lawyer to join a national law firm located in Madrid. Functions: Strategic direction and process management in complex judicial proceedings. Integral management of complex civil and commercial litigation cases. Active participation in national and international arbitration procedures. Coordination and supervision of junior lawyers and team members. Direct communication with national and international clients. Attendance at commercial meetings and follow-up with clients. Business development and opportunity detection. Requirements: Law degree and Master's degree in Access to the Bar. Previous experience in law firms, minimum 6 years. Credible knowledge and experience in national and international arbitration. Leadership capacity and experience managing teams. Advanced English level. Ability to work at a high level of detail and under pressure. Profile with business orientation and ability to generate trust and opportunities. Soft skills: Proactive person oriented to detail, with excellent communication skills and decision-making capacity, accustomed to fast-paced rhythms and adjusted deadlines.
