Inhouse Laborist Attorney

Important food industry company, located in Les Preses, seeks to incorporate an Inhouse Laborist Attorney to lead Labor Relations in the People area and provide technical vision in labor management for the organization. We are looking for a profile with solid foundation in labor management, internal advisory capacity, and motivation to drive improvement and digitalization of processes within the department. What will be your mission? Be an internal reference point on labor matters, gaining the trust of colleagues and contributing to the development of the company's HR policies. Your main responsibilities will include: • Providing legal advice to the organization's management team; • Developing and implementing labor policies and procedures; • Conducting training sessions for employees on labor laws and regulations; • Collaborating with other departments to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations; • Analyzing and interpreting labor laws and regulations, providing recommendations for improvement; • Participating in the development of HR strategies and initiatives. ¿Qué ofrecemos a cambio?
