The Abiturientenprogramm is designed as a 3-in-1 program, which means that the participants will work in three different departments during their training period. This allows them to gain a broad range of skills and experience and to develop a deep understanding of our company's operations. The program is aimed at young professionals who have completed their Abitur (A-levels) or equivalent qualification and are looking for a challenging and varied training opportunity. We offer a comprehensive training program that includes both theoretical and practical elements, as well as regular feedback and support from experienced mentors. Our goal is to train the next generation of commercial clerks who will be able to take on responsible roles within our company and contribute to its continued success.
