Job Description The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive quality in-store experience. They do this by acting as the Floor Supervisor, providing guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates ensuring store operations are running effectively. The Key Lead is part of the store leadership team, responsible for driving store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. What You’ll Do Open and Closing Routines Product Knowledge and Visual Merchandising: Ensure all product knowledge and visual merchandising standards are met to drive sales and customer engagement. Floor Supervision: Provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations are running effectively. Customer Experience: Ensure all customers receive a quality in-store experience through excellent customer service, product knowledge, and visual merchandising. Team Achievement: Drive team achievement of daily sales by providing support and guidance to Brand Reps and Stock Associates. Store Performance: Drive store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales. What We’re Looking For Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: 1-2 years of retail management experience preferred. Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Physical Demands: Must be able to stand for long periods, move around the store, and lift up to 25 pounds.
