A/B Tester E-Commerce (m/f/d) – Product Listings & Conversion, hybrid or remote

What awaits you

Why does a customer click on one product – and pass by another? Which product images, titles, sorting, or presentations lead to more visitors buying? That's exactly what you'll find out.

• You compare different variants of our product listings and find out which ones perform better.

• You plan and conduct A/B tests, for example for product images, product titles, sorting, or other elements of product presentation.

• You evaluate the results based on relevant key figures, such as click-through rate, conversion rate, and revenue.

• You identify where customers are leaving potential on the table in the shop and derive concrete optimization suggestions.

• You document your tests and results in a comprehensible way so that we can learn from every experiment.

• You work closely with our E-commerce team and contribute your own ideas on how to make our shop easier and more successful.

• You work 10 to 15 hours/week. Presence in our office in Hamburg Lurup would be ideal, but is not a must.

What you bring

• Ideally, you are studying E-commerce, Media, Advertising, or Marketing. Other fields are also welcome, as long as you bring relevant skills.

• Experience with A/B testing and shop analytics tools. First contact with Google Analytics 4, Google Sheets, or Excel.

• You can analyze numbers and draw understandable conclusions from them.

• You think analytically, enjoy trying new things, and learn from results – even if a test does not deliver the desired outcome.

• You communicate confidently in German and can present your results understandably.

• You appreciate a dynamic work environment and short, fast decision-making processes.

• Ideally, you are interested in interior design, furnishing, furniture, or architecture.
