Tasks

• Support in the administration of personnel files and maintenance of employee database
• Timekeeping reports
• Assistance in creating job postings and publishing on various platforms
• Assistantship in organizing interview appointments
• Support in the onboarding process for new employees
• Participation in planning and conducting team events and internal training sessions

Qualification

• Experience in HR or a commercial education of advantage
• Currently studying in the field of economics
• Good communication skills and teamwork ability
• Reliable and independent working style
• Familiarity with MS Office applications
• Interest in collaboration in a dynamic team
