Tasks

• Control of time recording and working hours via TimeMoto Cloud
• Documentation of delays and absences using TimeMoto Cloud
• Preliminary preparation of warnings according to the personnel leadership's specifications
• Processing of vacation and absence requests
• Support in maintaining and managing employee records and HR databases
• Support in the onboarding process for new employees

Qualification

• Enrolled student in a relevant field of study (e.g. business administration, international management, human resources, industrial psychology)
• Very good German language skills
• First experience in the HR or office organization sector is advantageous
• Good communication skills and enjoyment of interacting with people
• Reliable, structured, and self-motivated work style
• Good MS Office skills
