Job description

Function As an acquirer, you are responsible for selecting and managing potential partners, taking into account criteria related to the construction site, such as quality, safety, environment, BIM, planning, price, and payment terms. You request tenders and thoroughly analyze them within the available budgets. Then, you put your commercial talent to use during negotiations and continuously look for opportunities to save costs without compromising on the set requirements. Furthermore, you function as a point of contact for the project team and ensure that all necessary information is shared. You also maintain a database of potential partners and keep track of their performance. In addition, you are responsible for ensuring that all agreements and contracts are properly executed and that all necessary documentation is in order. You work closely with the project manager and other stakeholders to ensure that the project is completed on time and within budget. Your goal is to achieve the best possible results for the project while maintaining a positive and professional relationship with the partners.
