Within the Property Service department, you will work on mutation maintenance, repair maintenance, and housing improvements. Together with an experienced site manager, you will learn how to prepare, supervise, and coordinate projects. In addition, you will remain technically involved on the work floor and assist where necessary.

• Support the site manager on projects;
• Perform pre- and final inspections;
• Monitor planning, quality, and progress;
• Manage tradespeople and subcontractors;
• Maintain contact with residents and clients;
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks;
• Perform carpentry work if necessary.

• A salary depending on experience between €3,000 and €4,200 gross per month;
• Company car or van;
• Employment conditions and travel allowance according to the Construction CAO;

• A completed construction-related education;
• At least 2 years of work experience in maintenance, renovation, or property service;
• Knowledge of maintenance work, construction processes, and materials;
• Experience with relevant software tools such as MS Office 365;
• Proficiency in the Dutch language, both spoken and written.
