The Role – Your Passion

• You will delight our customers with a radiant smile when they pick up and return their camper and make their roadsurfer journey unforgettable.

• You will explain and hand over our campers personally to the customers.

• You will lend a hand and take care of the thorough cleaning – inside and out – of our campers.

• You will support the station team in all daily tasks and ensure that our #happyroadsurfers start their vacation with joy.

What you need to surf on the same wave as us

• You are absolutely hands-on and are always ready to help.

• Ideally, you already have experience in customer service.

• Driver's license Class B.

• Good German and English skills.

Your Salary

We ❤️ transparency. The salary band for this position is between EUR 32,000 and EUR 32,400 gross annually. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better in the application process and can assess your skills and experience more precisely, we will find out together which level within the salary band is best for you. Your salary will be reviewed at least once a year in an annual feedback interview.
