Your Role – Your Passion

• You coordinate the processes around our camper vans – from preparation to return.

• You also pitch in with the preparation yourself and actively support your team.

• You take on the professional support, guidance, and motivation of your team members.

• You actively participate in training and development and thus strengthen your team's further development.

• You carefully check returned vehicles, document any issues, report them to our HQ in Munich, and take care of further processing – you handle minor tasks yourself, and for larger repairs, you coordinate specialist partners.

• You ensure that our quality and safety standards are met at all times.

What you need to surf on the same wave as us

• Completed vocational training – ideally in the field of car rental, tourism, or similar.

• Enjoyment of service and dealing with people – friendly, open, and communicative.

• You are happy to get involved when necessary and maintain an overview even in stressful moments.

• Organizational talent, solution orientation, and a positive attitude characterize you.

• Very good German skills and good English skills.

• Driver's license class B.

Your Salary

We ❤️ transparency. The salary band for this position is between EUR 34,000 and EUR 36,000 gross annually. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better in the application process and can assess your skills and experience more precisely, we will find out together which level within the salary band best suits you. Your salary will be reviewed at least once a year during an annual feedback discussion.
