Mid Java Developer

ALTECH MÉXICO is part of a leading group in engineering and information technologies that operates in more than 30 countries. We are looking for a Mid Java Developer to join our team in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role will be fundamental for the design and development of robust and efficient applications that meet quality and performance standards. The ideal candidate should be familiar with both front-end and back-end development, and will be responsible for working on all stages of the software development life cycle.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications.
• Collaborate with architects and other developers to create scalable solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain system documentation.
• Identify and solve technical problems to improve software efficiency.
• Implement unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality.
• Work in an agile environment and adapt to changing project requirements.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields.
• 3 years of experience in software development using Java and its associated frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
• Knowledge in SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Experience with version control tools, such as Git.
• Familiarity with agile development practices and methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as solid communication abilities.
• A good level of English, both written and spoken.
