The Technical Leader of Software is responsible for technically leading the software engineers team, ensuring the correct execution of development activities for the RFHM module. This role requires deep experience in C/C++ development, agile methodologies, and software design, as well as leadership, communication, and negotiation skills to ensure quality and project compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and guidance to the software engineers under your responsibility.
• E nsure the correct definition and fulfillment of internal and external interfaces for the module.
• Offer support in the use of technical frameworks, tools, and processes to ensure successful deliveries.
• Review, approve, and validate the work products of the engineers to ensure their quality.
• Monitor and report on the progress of assigned work packages.
• Conduct daily follow-up meetings (daily standups) and provide status updates.
• Supervise that software development activities are executed correctly according to standards and processes.
• Be responsible for detailed software design (SW Detailed Design).
• Take charge of software integration and resolve technical issues associated with it.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN)
• Experience in IBM Rational DOORS
• Understanding of basic hardware schematics and ability to perform basic verifications on real hardware
• Analyze and review requirements
• Familiarity with Jira and GIT tools
• CAN diagnosis (UDS)
• Vector CANoe tool
• More than 8 years of experience in embedded software development.
• More than 8 years of experience in C/C++ programming.
• At least 2 years of experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
• Solid experience in detailed software design for embedded systems (SW Detailed Design).
• Knowledge and experience with Statemate design models or equivalents.
• Able to perform and supervise technical reviews and code reviews.
• Experience in software integration and resolving issues in embedded modules.
• Management of version control tools and requirement management (Git, Jira, DOORS).
• In-depth knowledge of processes and tools for ensuring the quality of embedded software.
• Experience in managing deliverables and tracking work packages.
